Richard aka Rick started with Raven back in 1987. His first roles at Raven where 1st line support on DOS Applications, Windows 1.0 and developing applications for local authorities. Over the Years I have moved mainly into accounts support, training and implementation and 3rd line support.
Rick is now a Business Systems Consultant, specialising in Pegasus Opera.
Outside work he likes to keep active by running and cycling and has completed several 10k runs, 10 mile and ½ marathon.
