This means that Raven has demonstrated significant skill and experience in Microsoft's Virtualisation products, including Hyper-V and System Center Virtual Machine Manager. This is assessed both by external testing and customer feedback. Virtualisation is just the latest in Raven's specialist competencies, which includes Small Business, Infrastructure, Licensing and Business Solutions. |

Sixth Time Investor in People for Bradford IT Company February 2009. Raven Computers Ltd in Bradford has secured its Investors in People standard for the Sixth year running and now complies with the new standard's three principles of "plan, do and review". These new principles aim to show that there is a clear identifiable link between the strategic goals of the organisation and how these goals are developed through enhancement of individual's skills. The Investors in People standard provides a framework for improving business performance and competitiveness through good practice and human resource development. Raven Computers decided to become an Investor in People as part of their organisational development towards increasing focus on consultancy services. This included a realisation that, as a service provider, Raven Computers must invest in the future development of its employees' skills. Allan Wallis, Managing Director for Raven Computers commented: "Our key differentiator is our people.
